Q: Is there an app specifically for Smart TVs?
A: Sorry, We do not provide an application for Smart TV, so please use the above method to watch the program.
Q: I logged in but there is no button to enter.
A: Have you already purchased tickets for the content? If not, please purchase tickets or complete the code authentication process.
If you have already purchased tickets, please make sure that you are logged in with the same account that you used to purchase the tickets or authenticate the code.

Q: I was watching on Chromecast and the video suddenly stopped.
