If you purchase tickets directly from Beyond LIVE, there will be no ticket code (Redeem code) or digital tickets sent via email.
After purchasing your tickets, open the information page("Check information") of the performance you wish to view after confirming your purchase completion e-mail.
You will then see the text "Success".
If the words "Success" appear as shown in the image above, your ticket has been successfully authenticated.
On the day of the performance, the enter button will appear 10 minutes prior to the start of the performance, and you may click on it to enter the venue.
If you have logged in with the account you purchased, but you do not see the "Success" message, or if you cannot check from MY Beyond, please contact us immediately and provide us with detailed information. We will respond as soon as possible.
-Only one ticket can be purchased per account.
-You must log in with the account from which you purchased the ticket to view it.
Please make sure you know which SNS account you used to log in to the account where you purchased the ticket.
-If you are viewing on two devices, please log in to both devices with the same account (the account from which you purchased the ticket).
-Activities such as sharing your Beyond LIVE account have a high risk of personal information leakage and misuse. Beyond LIVE is not responsible for any damage caused by account sharing.
