How to authenticate your redeem codeEnter the redeem code issued by the ticket agency.
(8 digit which includes alphabet and number)

We recommend that you copy the redeem code and paste it into the input field.
Once the redeem code is authenticated, "Enter the Venue" button will be activated 10 minutes before the LIVE starts.
You can check your ticket from "MY Beyond"

Notes

Each redeem code can only be used once.
If you enter the wrong code more than 3 times, you will not be able to enter the code for 1 hour.
Only account that authenticated with the redeem code will be able to view the performance.
For inquiries regarding redeem code, please contact the ticket agency where you purchased your tickets directly.
If you purchase tickets directly via Beyond LIVE website, you do not need to enter the redeem code.
